GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

		G L A Systems is a family business located in Caddo Mills, Texas, about 40 miles north-east of Dallas and does not operate a 'Store' as such. We are usually near the phone between 9:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central time daily... when we are not away going to, at or returning from one of the 28 plus Hamfests we attend each year.

For information on Product Specifications, Shipping Charges, Sales Taxes, Warranty Terms and Pricing, please refer to the individual catalog pages on the product(s) of interest.

Shipping:

We normally ship UPS except for some small items which may be shipped via USPS. Most orders are packed in the evening to be shipped the day after receipt of order. Rush orders for AIR shipment must be received before 4:30 p.m. Central Time to make this schedule! We check our e-mail for orders around 5 to 6 p.m., but you should feel free to call to insure your order has been received.

All shipping times and costs given in these pages are for shipment within the Continental United States. International shiping costs and deliveries will be quoted on request.

Warranty:

GLA Systems provides direct limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on items of our manufacture. Warranties and warranty service on other products are provided by the various manufacturers who's products we sell. Most provide a 90 day or greater limited warranty.

Special Notes About Credit Card Payment:

When you move to the SECURE ORDER PAGE, your transmissions will be encrypted and your order information will be processed by a secure server for maximum safety and your peace of mind!

The charge appearing on your credit card statement for orders placed through www.texasbugcatcher.com or www.visradio.com via the internet may show the vendor name as either of "GLA SYSTEMS" or "VIS AMATEUR SUPPLY."

We ask for your TELEPHONE NUMBER and/or E-MAIL ADDRESS only to facilitate communications about your order and for verification purposes. We do NOT give or sell your name to any others and will use your telephone number and/or e-mail address after the sale only to provide support for the products you purchase.
Please supply your Amateur Callsign (if you are licensed) to simplify order tracking. If you have changed your callsign since your last order with us, please also supply your previous callsign, e.g. K5BUG/WB5TYD.
